I'm looking for a quote for someone to paint my 1 bed apartment. Attached image of the floorplan that shows the number of rooms and rough size of the space. Flexible with the date for when the job needs to be done but hoping for some time in the next two weeks. the apartment is empty, and I require the entire interior to be painted (so walls, ceiling, doors, skirting boards, window frames etc). the apartment is an older building and the walls are solid plaster rather than plasterboard. there are cracks and gaps that have been filled and sanded already.

Looking to paint two freestanding photography backdrop walls at my studio in Glen Iris. Each wall is 2000 x 2400, painted on both sides four faces total, each in a different colour. I’m after a low-sheen, softly mottled, washed concrete/plaster appearance with gentle colour variation not solid colour, obvious sponge patterns or heavy raised texture. Happy to trial with tints as well, a finish with the wood grain visible could be quite nice. Reference images provided. Please include photos of similar finishes you’ve personally painted, your suggested method, and a quote covering preparation, paint/materials and application. Please allow for a small sample of each finish for approval before painting the full walls.
