The area is 2.6 meters x 2.6 metres in area - see photo. 15 years old, last oiled btw 7-10 years ago, Outside deck in needs sanding, oiling/staining. Contractor to provide sanding/staining equipment. I will supply the oil/stain.

We've just finished some repair work in the shower above so I need to paint the ceiling of the kitchen and tv area (see photos). Roughly 30m2. Will supply paint. I'm addition, I have a new handrail that requires varnish/staining which I've already purchased. It's roughly 2,7m long and requires 2 coats I think. Needing all the red panels in our showroom painted to a different colour. There's approx 30 panels needing painting. White vinyl decal headings will be removed prior to the job starting. Images attached.
