I recently bought a teak Koala Torakina outdoor dining table. It seems to have some water damage already - either mould or similar. But it should only be at the very top layer. Looking to have it lightly sanded and sealed.

The measurements for rooms are as follows: Main room: 8m x 5m total size. Half of it is kitchen area so only small part above the cabinets and glass doors on back with small area across top and sides.
