Looking for an experienced painter to paint: 1. Small toilet room –(walls and ceiling, grey paint) 2. Bathroom – approx. 2m x 2.5m (walls and ceiling, grey paint) 3. Bottom of Stairwell and door under stairwell– only need to paint over existing old wood paneling. (White paint) The carpet on stairwell is getting removed so no need for drop sheet here. Walls are already in good condition (no major prep needed). I’ll supply all paint – just need labour, rollers, brushes, drop sheets etc. Light sanding + 2 coats is fine. It can be done Monday afternoon/evening or Tuesday any time between 5am - 10pm. There is a lot more painting work on site after this is completed.

Water resistant plaster required in 2 x bathrooms plus powder. Arch in hallway which will be built by carpenters. Tearaway Lbead to windows and doors at the rear extension and architraves around all other windows and doors in house. Cornice required in the front hallway, master, front living and spare bedroom and rest of house square set plaster. In the rear living there is a bit of a tricky ceiling which requires laser levelled metal battons. Will be ready for plaster in 3-4 weeks time. Have put a nominal amount to allow for quotes.
