Part 1 Leaning Fence - Reset crooked wooden fence post(s) and straighten fence Part 2 Drywall fixes - Approx. 20 cracks (and one bulge around window frame) throughout the house need patching, many can be filled but several will require a new piece of drywall to be installed

There are 6 vents (one in wall - 5 in ceilings) - one large vent in ceiling- one large hole in ceiling - one small hole on corner of a wall - one small ceiling crack - one large ceiling crack. Richmond - there is parking - it is a house.

Fix the plaster and reattach the hand rail

I need to hang this into my wall, but I don’t have the tools to punch two holes into my dry wall.

I’ve got a small hole in a plaster wall (approx. 10–15cm wide) that needs to be properly repaired. Looking for someone experienced with plastering to: • Cut and patch the damaged section • Apply compound and sand smooth • Paint to match the existing wall colour so it blends in This is in a corner of the room (see photo). I’m after a clean, professional finish where the repair isn’t noticeable.

Looking to patch and paint this hole in the wall

In a large room, a wardrobe is currently used to divide the room. I want a "fake" wall built to hide the wardrobe back and each end. The wardrobe dimensions, including the crown molding is: H 2125mm x L 2250mm x D 615mm Ideally material is plaster board but happy to be guided by expert. See photo for design and wardrobe. Task includes all materials. Task excludes painting. There is onsite parking. I am flexible on timing as I am retired. UPDATE as back of wall will be hidden by cupboard plasterboard is only needed on one side. Also, the top will not connect to ceiling

Moving house, need to patch up holes from picture hooks and remove three floating shelves then patch those holes also. Pictures and shelves are still up. Moving this weekend.

Plaster repair in a garage at an office space in Cremorne

Need a plasterer to build a small L-shape boxed wall to cover exposed plumbing pipes and close the gap beside the sink. Must frame, plaster, and finish smooth ready for paint. Location: Richmond 3121.

Need a half done job completed, all materials are already on site, previous tradie has been delaying the process for a long time and now hasn’t shown up in 3 days. The frames on the walls (2 walls only) need to be covered in plaster and an arch needs to be built in the reception backdrop, pre-made shelves to be hooked to the cabinet base. Needs to be finished by Sunday, photos attached, questions welcomed.

I need help putting up a couple of coat hooks and securing 2 Ikea bookshelves to the wall so they don't tip. I tried to out the coat hooks up myself (see photo) but the anchors are falling out and I don't know how to fix.

Mount very thin TV (Samsung frame). 65 inch. Already has parts required for mount.
