Small patch to be repaired from recent flood damage. 4 metres high. Painting afterwards.

We have removed an airconditioner from dining room wall and it has left a small hole that needs to be repaired and plastered. We can repaint after the plastering has been completed.

I need help putting up a couple of coat hooks and securing 2 Ikea bookshelves to the wall so they don't tip. I tried to out the coat hooks up myself (see photo) but the anchors are falling out and I don't know how to fix.
