Wall has been scratched and paint has come off - rental so needs to be seamlessly fixed

I have a new ceiling fan/light unit that will replace the old units which were separate and left two holes (size of small dinner plates). I need holes plastered but an opening remaining in the template (provided) of new unit which electrician will install asap.

I need two walls plastered. One has a thin steel floating shelf and the other has an extractor fan.

Kitchen ceiling plaster repair + repaint (approx 2.8m x 2m)** Looking for a plasterer/painter to tidy up our kitchen ceiling after we had overhead cupboards removed. Three jobs: 1. **Plaster repair** — the ceiling and bulkhead edge were damaged when the cupboards came down. There's torn paper, exposed plasterboard and some surface mould staining along a strip roughly 1m long. Needs to be cut back as required, re-plastered and sanded smooth so it's flush with the surrounding ceiling. 2. **Patch two downlight holes** — two old downlight cut-outs need patching and finishing to match. 3. **Paint the entire kitchen ceiling** — full ceiling repaint in white ceiling paint once the repairs are dry. Kitchen is approx 2.8m x 2m. Happy to supply paint or for you to bring your preferred product (let me know). Photos attached showing the damage. I need an experienced plasterer to re-plaster two big holes in the laundry in preparation for some cabinets to be installed. There are also a few small holes in the roof that need to be patched and one near the front door. The areas need to be prepared for future painting but painting is not required for this job. Repair ceiling plasterboard around light fitting after water damage . Light fitting will need to be sat back in place, plaster stopped and sanded ready for paint. No painting required.

We require a glass cutter to be mounted onto the wall in our studio. The wall it drywall, there are no studs, and just concrete/brick underneath, so it will need long masonry screws for it to go through the plaster and well into the brick wall behind. The mortar seems pretty soft in some areas so we just want someone who will be able to do this properly as it’s a heavy item (approximately 25-30kg) and there will be someone to help also. We have all the fixings and braces ready to go, it just requires holding and drilling in to make secure. Expect it to take no longer than an hour I hope!

I took a painting off the wall and part of the paint came off. Please fix it

I’ve just removed a wall at the back of my garage and I need a plaster to come and patch the exposed ends and some holes that have been cut. Refer to photos for details but there are 5 holes roughly about 300mm x 100mm being the largest. Additionally need two exposed timber studs, one the roof and one on the wall plastered as well. I just need the plastering and patching done sanding is not required.

We have a room that we have built out the back. It is 3m x 3m. Dry plaster board has been put up, and we need wet plaster done. There are two windows.

I have a wall that I’ve removed some mounted mirrors and counters from. I need the holes patched and sanded ready for painting. The PowerPoints in the photos will be relocated and need patching as well. I have plasterboard and top coat for use.

I’ve swapped down light for pendants. That’s why I can these holes in my ceiling. I know them replastered so I can repaint. Keen to know what the job would be worth.
