Recently installed a new heat lamp and have taken away an old lamp. There is now a small hole in the ceiling that needs to be plastered and prepared for painting ( no painting required, just need it prepared). Please see photo attached. Top floor apartment, no lift.

Remove a small Plaster Bulk-Head concealing a water pipe (because the bulk-head is too big compared to the pipe) and patch and clean plaster between the pipe and the wall rather than have a bulk-head. Paint wall (add as an option can be excluded) I can provide the following materials: - Putty pads, insulation, mass loaded vinyl.
