We recently had a new roof installed, including 2 new skylights over our stairwell. We’re looking for an experienced plasterer/carpenter to: Cut out the ceiling openings and frame and line the light wells for both skylights Replace the previously damaged plasterboard in the same area Set and finish the plaster ready for painting (painting required if possible) Total plaster area is approximately 9 sqm (2.2m x 4.1m), all ceiling. Access is via a stairwell, so ladder or scaffold work will likely be needed. The job is residential and we’re ready to hire. I need some plasterboard repairs completed in preparation for painting; most of which is a result of an air conditioner installation completed recently

We need a plasterer to finish off the work we started. We're in the process of building a new bathroom and have made a start on the plastering but need someone with the skillset to put on the finishing touches. Dims: Refer to Floor plan 2.6m x 2.16m and wall height of 3.6m The lower half has been waterproofed. The upper half has had its first layer of plastering applied including cornices but we need someone to finish it off and make it look nice. Materials and some tools are available including a sturdy ladder but don't mind if you want to use your own.

Ceiling board replacement x 2. 1. 300x300 in bedroom 2. 200x200 in bathroom Reinforce large cornices in lounge room , hallway. Approx 4m in length each; peeling away as house moved a little in last 10 years. 2-3 other smaller cracks to be filled, smoothed

Paint peeling off the walls in certain sections of the house and require a plasterer to patch and float walls where required.

Hi! After removing my old kitchen, I’m looking for someone to patch and plaster a small section of double brick wall so it’s smooth and ready to paint. Total area is approx. 970mm W x 800mm H See photos attached Below the green drawing will be finished with splashback tiles.

Old kitchen has been removed need some patch ups done to smooth out small part of brick wall which then ill need to paint. Old rangehood vent to be closed off. Need this done between 16-18 feb Also a small patch up on ceiling.

I am looking for someone who can re-plaster the wall/ceiling and replace the tiles. I have bought the tiles already and am happy to buy some plasterboard, grout, stud adhesive, base coat/top coat and anything else that is needed. The tiles I have are an exact match. They are matte subway tiles 100mm x 300mm - I painted them olive green and will paint the new tiles once everything is done. I had a plumber come in to replace the shower today but he did not tell me that he would need to rip out a huge part of the tiles and plasterboard on the wall and ceiling, so I now desperately need to get this fixed as soon as possible. Remove Lath and Plaster (including cornices, skirting boards and ceiling rose) from a single bedroom - includes wall and ceiling and dispose of all rubbish as a result. Bedroom dimensions: 4.25 Metres long x 3.6 Metres wide x 3.3 metres high. Includes disposal of all lath and plaster and cornices, and your quote should include necessary tip fees. Access to bedroom through unrenovated hall and front door so no risk of damage needs to be taken (or even floor cavity hole I create if easier for you). Floor is to be removed later by me - no risk of damage to floor, no precautions required (except taking care of window). All ceiling insulation is already removed. No need to remove nails etc. I will do that step. I will supply rubbish bagging materials (if necessary). I will arrange for electrical disconnections. You will supply labour, rubbish removal equipment and disposal equipment (trailer, skip whatever), and any equipment you require to remove lath and plaster from walls. Job complete is when all lath and plaster etc is removed from walls and all rubbish has exited the site. Please itemise the quote separating labour expectations and rubbish removal costs / any other costs you plan for. I have not provided a budget - can you please tell me in quote. I have certification of testing confirming no asbestos is present in house. Available on request.

Plasterboard and plaster approx. 12 m of internal wall (4 walls, standard ceiling height ~2.4 m). Some walls (as pictured) only have half the wall removed and just need the bottom done and patched. I will need you to supply required materials to do so (inc. plasterboard), and we are looking for someone experienced in plastering :) There are windows to work around and several service cut-outs (taps, oven, power). Existing structure is accessible and ready for boarding. Looking for a paint-ready finish. Happy to arrange site visit before final quote. It is beneficial if you also have experience in lath plastering and repairs for future works that we will have done on this house :)
