I have 5 roller doors that I would like serviced. 1 of the doors needs some adjustment.

I need a damaged section of plasterboard repaired on an internal wall near the skirting board. The photos show a large cracked area, an opening along the lower edge and part of the plasterboard sitting slightly inward. The damage is stable and there is no known water leak. I want the most economical sound repair that leaves the wall secure, reasonably flat and presentable. I am not looking for a perfect renovation finish. The task includes: Securing and repairing the damaged plasterboard Taping, filling and sanding the cracked area Primer/sealer Colour-matched spot painting of the repaired area only Supplying materials Protecting the carpet and cleaning up afterward I do not want the entire wall repainted. Please avoid unnecessary removal of plasterboard. If you believe part of the board cannot be repaired and must be replaced, explain why before any additional work is agreed. Please provide your best fixed-price offer, including labour, materials, paint and any return visits. Flexible with timing.

Install outdoor privacy screens along side of house. Will need person to provide the posts as these need to be freestanding and not attached to the fence. One side approx 17m the other approx 6m. Screen roughly 1.8m high and 0.90m wide. We will provide the screens just looking for posts and labour to install etc. Open to negotiation.
