Garage door not working properly

Looking for an experienced plasterer/painter to fix and repaint several areas throughout my home. I’ve numbered the photos to make it easier to show which areas correspond with each other. Main work required: 1. This is the main area I need fixed. Previous repair/patching has been done quite roughly and is very visible. I’d like the wall properly sanded/smoothed and repaired where necessary, then repainted so the finish blends evenly and the previous repair lines/marks are no longer visible. 2. This wall also has previous patching/repairs that need to be properly smoothed out and repainted. There are visible uneven areas and marks along the wall and corner. 3. Where Wall 2 meets Wall 3, I’d like the corner/edge cleaned up and repaired so the transition is straight, smooth and properly finished. 4. Small damaged/previously patched area near the skirting board needs to be repaired, sanded smooth and painted to blend with the surrounding wall. 5. Area underneath/around the light switch has previously been patched/painted and needs to be properly smoothed and repainted so the repair isn’t visible. Optional – please quote separately if possible: 6 & 7. These are previous repairs that are generally okay but are still noticeable, particularly when light hits the walls from certain angles. I’d like a quote for having these areas refinished/sanded and repainted so they blend better with the surrounding walls. The main priority is getting areas 1–5 finished properly, particularly Wall 1. Looking for someone experienced with plaster repairs and achieving a smooth paint finish, as I don’t want the repaired areas/edges to remain visible once painted. Please include whether your quote includes materials/paint and whether you can colour-match the existing walls. I’m open to all offers and happy to negotiate budget. Need a door installed for by bathroom ( connected to the wardrobe/bedroom without a door). Currently , its just an opening to the bathroom. Removing the skirting board blocking the door from being installed 2. Install the door frame and the door 3. My car lightly hit the garage door and it is now misaligned. The top corner has come out of alignment and the roller/bracket appears to be bent or displaced (see attached photos).

Need an experienced handyman to: • Hang 6 framed canvases purchased from Kmart: 4 large canvases (approx. 60cm x 90cm) 2 smaller canvases • Help position them neatly and level on the wall. • Patch 2 small nail wall holes that were accidentally created while attempting to hang the artwork myself. Requirements: • Bring appropriate tools (stud finder, level, drill, wall anchors/fixings if required). • Experience hanging artwork and ensuring everything is straight and secure. • Patch holes neatly and leave the area clean.

I need someone experienced with cavity sliding doors to inspect and adjust an internal sliding door that has become misaligned. The door appears to have dropped slightly and no longer locks/closes properly. I have inspected the top hanger adjustment mechanism but was unable to adjust it due to limited access within the cavity track. Please bring any tools required for the adjustment.
