Hi! Looking for a handyman / painter to fix the bottom of my external door where adhesives has pulled off existing moisture-affected paint. What needs fixing: > Damaged Corner: The bottom corner on the vertical closing edge (where the door meets the jamb) has split/swollen and flared out. >Door doesnt cleanly close without additional effort. To sand edges where needed. > Peeled Paint & Surface: The paint along the bottom face of the door has peeled off. The area needs to be prepared and smoothed for painting. Sanding where needed. > Paint Match: Need the repair area painted to match the existing dark navy colour on the face, and touch up/seal the white closing edge. > Waterproofing: Ensure the bottom underside edge is properly sealed to prevent future water absorption and swelling. Hello, The bedroom cabinetry in the attached photo has been recently professionally removed. The removal has consequently resulted in some damage to the plaster paper along with a minor hole. Removal has also exposed gaps in the skirting boards in carpet where the cabinetry was installed. I would like for the walls to be repaired, along with skirtings and carpet gaps. Painting is optional.
