Water leaks to the unit below us in the bathroom, so we need: 1. Reseal the shower. 2. Repair the bathroom ceiling below our unit. 3. If necessary, section need to be removed for investigation & to observe the leak from below, recommend remedial works to plaster are completed after the waterproofing has been rectified and the shower is re-tested in a similar manner. Unit is available to access on July 25 & 26

I need 4 pieces of art hung onto double brick walls in an apartment in Hawthorn East on Tuesday 25 June at 11:30am. The art is not heavy so one hook/screw per art is required. The art are all framed canvases so not heavy. As the walls are double brick it may require drilling. The apartment is accessed via stairs (no lift). All art will be measured/marked for positioning before you arrive. This is for home staging for tidy/neat presentation essential.

Put together a shelf and mount on wall. 10 minute job I think at most.

Cut bottom of kaboodle door reinstall

Hi there, I need to borrow 2.4M ladder to remove a smoke alarm cover to stop it beeping. I need the ladder dropped off however I will only need it for 5 mins

I have 2 outside gates that need adjusting. The tension on the self closing springs need adjusting so the gates can actually self-close, and the locks need to be adjusted so they shut properly.

1)Hang fairly heavy photo on the wall. I think the screw comes with it. You may need to take one out of the wall, and replace it with this one. 2) a drawer in our kitchen is getting stuck on something and we can’t figure out how to fix it. I think it’s something to do with the runner.
