Exterior facade has fallen off the roof lining/trim on second floor of townhouse. Will need to be fixed back against the wall. May require adhesive such as liquid nails. Will need ladder to access second floor of townhouse. I still have the trim that has fallen off and it is not heavy (feels like a styrofoam material).
