To be inspected prior to payment**. • Colour and sheen: to match existing house walls — confirm with owner before commencing • Paint cornice (both sides) and skirting board (both sides) to match • Paint architrave both sides to match existing trim colour • Door jamb/lining and door slab edges (top, bottom, hinge side) to be painted to match architrave 3. Additional — Patch & Touch-Up Work • 1 repair patch, approx. 30cm × 50cm — impact damage to plasterboard, paint peeled back to bare board. Use scrim tape before skimming, not just a surface fill • Minor nail holes / fixture marks / peeled wall paint — standard fill and paint • A few hairline cracks at cornice/skirting junctions — history of reappearing after previous filling; use flexible/movement-rated filler, not rigid plaster paste • All other patches painted to match, using same paint as main wall job Materials: • Owner supplies: paint (4L topcoat) and primer (4L undercoat) only • Plasterer supplies own plastering materials — joint compound, tape, flexible/movement-rated filler for crack repairs, and any materials for the impact patch repair • Painter supplies own tools and consumables — brushes, rollers, or airsprayer, tape, drop sheets, sandpaper Measurements above are indicative based on owner's own assessment.
