The wall: •Approx. 3.65m wide × 2.45m high, both sides, plus a door and frame •Prime it, then 2 topcoats — I'll supply the paint and primer (4L each) •Also need the cornice, skirting, and door trim painted to match The extras while you're here: •One patch repair, about 30x50cm — plaster's been knocked back to bare board, might need scrim tape under it, not just a quick fill •A few nail holes, hairline cracks, and small marks around the house — quick fill and paint. •For any patched wall — please repaint the full wall panel (corner to corner or feature line to feature line), not just the patch itself. Leaking balcony. Plasterboard needs replacing.

Have a couple of cracks that I have in my ceiling and need some plastering to occur. Ideally suited to a home handyman

I have 9 ceiling vents that need to be removed, patch up with new plaster and painted. See example pics. I will supply paint

Two bedrooms both need to have plaster work done One bedroom needs to have all the plaster removed and then redone - this room the plaster is uneven due to an old built in bunkbed which has been removed. The plaster is also horsehair in some places. Second bedroom had a build in wardrobe which is removed - will need to fix the roof plaster which was removed with the wardrobe - additionally take out the cornices and prep room to be painted.

I am having all powerpoints replaced, there are a few points that are no longer useful. After electrician removes them, I will require a plasterer.
