Level 4 apartment in Doncaster 13mm plaster. Need to confirm if it needs to be fire rated. Ceiling about 3000x3200, wall 600mm and 3300 accross. I will have removed screws and cut wall straight to allow a piece 600mm high accross. Will also cut and have ready along batten near window. Assume non fire rated and we can adjust if need be. Supply, install, stop and sand. Note fire sprinkler, must have $20M insurance. Ignore budget, not sure what its worth.

The garage ceiling was damaged during the recent heavy rain, and part of the plaster has started to sag and crack. It looks like water has come through the roof or flashing above, causing the ceiling sheets to soften. I’d like to have the affected area inspected, repaired, and re-plastered to restore it properly.
