We have a bedroom upstairs that is built into the roof space and has a partially angled ceiling. We are looking to extend the room further into the roof space, following the angled ceiling line. This will push ~1m into the roof space. The area along the existing wall and in the new extended portion is to be clad in VJ panels (https://www.easycraft.com.au/products/easyvj/). I have attached photos of the rear of the wall to be demolished. As it is partially load bearing, the roof rafters will need to be strengthened to cover the larger span. An additional doorway is to be plastered over, and anther opening to be constructed in a plaster wall in a separate area of the bedroom. A small hole has occurred in the plaster of a wall approximately 18mm x 5mm as a result of a door handle coming into contact with the wall as the door swung open. All I require is the hole to be patched up. - Due date: Flexible

Repair plasterboard that has cracked and dented.Individual cracks can be repaired or an area of the damaged plasterboard cut out and replaced.Area is 50cm x 120cm. Wall is in the garage.

I have 30 plasterboard sheets which need moving out the front of a garage into a hallway
