I need an experienced plasterer to repair/modify two decorative plaster ceiling roses. I need the raised centre section/boss flattened and finished smooth so new light fittings can sit properly. The surrounding ornamental moulding/detail must be preserved and not damaged. Scope: 2 ceiling roses Remove/flatten the raised centre section Patch and smooth the centre area Keep the outer decorative details intact Sand and make ready for painting Clean finish required Please protect the surrounding area while working Photos attached for reference. Important: this is not just a simple hole patch. I need someone with experience working around decorative/ornamental plaster.

Need a garage ceiling hung, i have framed it out ready to hang sheets, it is 6m x 6m roughly. I have 5 sheets @2.4m and 5 sheets @ 3.6m to stagger joins. Need someone that is capable, can use their brain and do a neat job. Will need to support garage motor while hanging and then screw motor back up thru plaster. As i wont be there to make sure its done right. Need someone that knows what they are doing and can problem solve as well. All materials and screws are there ready to go, just need you to supply stop up material. No cornice, just nice and tight to the walls and give me a square set finish or close to. Cheers

This is needed as the heat escapes through this part of the house The longest length is around 1.6m and 0.9 metres wide. So not a big area The first picture is what it looks like now. I’m looking for an experienced and reliable plasterer to patch holes in plaster wall. Job needs to be done next Tuesday. The holes were cut to install cabling and need to be repatched as cabling is now completed. There are 11 holes in total (all about 20cm x 20cm). I have kept all the cut-out pieces so job should be quicker / easier. No need for the walls to be painted. Just need the holes repaired and sanded, ready for painting. Thanks

We have a bedroom upstairs that is built into the roof space and has a partially angled ceiling. We are looking to extend the room further into the roof space, following the angled ceiling line. This will push ~1m into the roof space. The area along the existing wall and in the new extended portion is to be clad in VJ panels (https://www.easycraft.com.au/products/easyvj/). I have attached photos of the rear of the wall to be demolished. As it is partially load bearing, the roof rafters will need to be strengthened to cover the larger span. An additional doorway is to be plastered over, and anther opening to be constructed in a plaster wall in a separate area of the bedroom.
