Need a cornice repair job. We installed split air conditioners and have 4 small gaps in the cornice from the piping (circled in red in photos) in 4 rooms where internal units were installed. Just need these filled, painted, and blended to match. I only need these specific gaps closed/filled. Small job, prefer someone available ASAP. Hole in wall behind curtain pelmet needs plastering securely as a possum accessed the room and crested the hole . Door in laundry has almost come off hinge and needs securing

Need to put new plaster in the Garage Ceiling. The garage is re-roofed yesterday. The size of the garage is 6x6m. Only ceiling is needed, no walls.

Ceiling needs to be patched up. It was cut out as we had to extract a dead possum about 1.5months ago. The holes are inside a linen cupboard but can be accessed with a ladder.

I can paint later, just need everything done to final sand stage before you leave thanks. I work from home, so flexible re during the day or after hours most days. Please bring some board too!
