Looking for someone experienced with plaster/wall repairs and painting to fix several areas around the house. Work required includes: * Repair and smooth damaged plaster around a light switch/power point. * Repair and properly finish the patched areas around the staircase/balustrade. * Repaint the repaired staircase sections to match the existing wall colour. * Finish/paint an uneven section near the ceiling/cornice where previous painting has left a visible edge. * Repair cracking and peeling plaster/paint around the corner of a doorway/wall. * Sand, fill and prepare all repaired areas so the finished surface is smooth and blends in with the existing walls. * Touch-up/paint all repaired areas to achieve as seamless a finish as possible. Photos attached showing all areas requiring work. Ideally looking for someone who can handle both the plaster repairs and painting/colour matching, rather than needing separate trades. Please include whether your quote includes materials, preparation, sanding and paint.

The plaster board surrounding a socket is damaged, cracked. The sockets are functioning properly. There is a metal frame behind the socket attached to the timber. The wall is just a plaster wall inside the house. Does it involve a licensed electrician to remove the GPO and then put it back on?

Need a cornice repair job. We installed split air conditioners and have 4 small gaps in the cornice from the piping (circled in red in photos) in 4 rooms where internal units were installed. Just need these filled, painted, and blended to match. I only need these specific gaps closed/filled. Small job, prefer someone available ASAP. Hole in wall behind curtain pelmet needs plastering securely as a possum accessed the room and crested the hole . Door in laundry has almost come off hinge and needs securing

Plaster sheets are hung and 2/3 layers of mudding has been completed. Wanting qualified plasterer ONLY to come to sand and finish any mudding needed to complete job and get house ready for painting. The house is 2 stories (110sqm per story), downstairs has a ceiling height of 3m, upstairs has a ceiling height of 2.7m and the staircase void is also in need of plastering.
