One of the cable stay mechanisms has been damaged after excessive downward pressure was applied to the door. The cable no longer retracts into the mechanism, so the door support no longer works. The job includes: Inspect the damaged door stay. Supply a matching replacement part Remove the broken unit and install the new one. Test the door to ensure it opens and closes correctly. I am in urgent need of a carpenter to fix this small part of the bathroom wall. I had a carpenter buzz the walls but he forgot to do above the window and now the tiles are going to look bad. He is very unreliable and I really don’t want to deal with him anymore. I need a carpenter to remove the villa board (just above the window, about 2.5m x 40cm) and buzz the wall so it is level, then replace with villabaord. If we need more villaboard I can pay for that separate to the labour. Need it done tomorrow because the tiler is coming on Wednesday to tile. Thank you.
