We need to replace these stairs from our laundry door with a small landing and a couple of steps. The reason is that we are going to install a doggy door in this laundry door so that our dog has access to the yard, but are worried that the dog may stumble down the steps at the moment. So ideally the dog goes through the door onto a bit of a landing before going down the steps.

We have floorboards that need to be replaced with Tassie Oak timber after the hearth is removed from the face of fireplace. There is three curved walls of a quarter of a circle. The circle diameter is 1800 mm. Another quarter circle wall with a small diameter. Offer is based on hourly rate. An entrance door will also be needed to install after the skirts are completed.

New timber Stair treads have arrived with a layer of clear coating. Need an experienced professional to sand the clear layer off and apply two layers of stain and a final layer of clear. Material will be supplied. You need to have all the right tools such as an appropriate sander with vacuum and the skills. 31 stair treads (approx 1000 mm long) and 14 risers and three landings approx( 1000x1000 mm). all treads have drops of 65.
