Job started by a carpenter who asked for money upfront and took off. Feeling a bit defeated, but would love to see this completed. I've updated with a picture of the outside. I’m after a natural wood design, ideally using a solid wood trunk as the main support, with a few platforms, scratching areas, and resting spots similar to the reference photos attached. The goal is to create something that is space-saving, sturdy, and aesthetically pleasing. I am not fussed on the type of wood- the main concern is just aesthetic wise to look similar to the reference photos. There’s absolutely no rush on the project, and I’m happy to discuss ideas and measurements. That said, I do have a budget in mind and have done some research on the cost of comparable cat trees, so I would appreciate a reasonably fixed quote before proceeding.
