Need a help from an experienced Carpenter to install skirting boards after installation of new engineered timber floor. Material: Brand NEW skirting boards (you will need to measure and cut to fit) Length: around 50+ linear metres (small 2 beds unit) Installation area: all around the unit, including inside 2 wardrobes and a cupboard), excluding Laundry, bathroom and toilet. The bottom of 2 wooden window frames are rotted due to rain water. I want someone to fix the issue by replacing the bottom part of the frames. The photos show the hole when I thought I could remove the rotted part and fill it but the hole is much bigger than I thought, so want to replace the bottom strips.
