These walls will be stripped back and existing tiles/plaster removed, so all you need to do is to ensure any supporting timber that is left, is removed safely (to expose wall for resheeting/plastering). 2 - Entrance to master bedroom from hallway (0.9m wide x 2.1m tall) - enough for a new door /frame (refer requirement below under ''Addition of doors'' 3 - Linen cupboard (next to bedroom 2 / main bathroom on original plan) and wall either side of linen cupboard (measuring approx 1.6m wide in total) 4 - Wall against basin in main bathroom (approx 0.4m) 6 - Wall next to toilet in main bathroom (approx 0.9m wide) 7- Hallway wall to lead to study nook then main bathroom (approx 1m wide) The following walls (and 2 doors) to be ADDED, in readiness for resheeting/plastering (refer numbering labelled in GREEN): 1- Between WIR and hallway (approx 1m wide) 2 - Between front of linen cupboard location/bathroom and hallway (approx 1m wide) 3 -Between pantry and main bath 4 - For shower enclosure wall between main bath and pantry 5- Between study nook and kitchen/living area (approx 2.1m wide with 0.6m jut out to separate the space, and 2.7m height) 6 - Hollowcore door for laundry with jambs/materials/hinges/handle 7 - Hollowcore door for master bedroom with jambs/materials/hinges/handle Tasker to supply all materials including doors.

1. Remove approx. 3m of internal load bearing-wall, Temp propping/bracing 2. Supply and install 2 x 240 x 45 LVL beams in ceiling, including double studs (90x45 MGP10) in the frame to transfer weight onto (existing) stumps 3. Connect ceiling battens and struts to new beam 4. Frame bulkhead (as per picture) in readiness for plastering - 90cms depth (to suit future kitchen island underneath) Materials required (you to supply) - 2 x 240x45 LVL, Bulkhead timber, Double studs, Top and bottom plates, Noggins, Miscellaneous fixings. Our laundry cabinets have shelves under the bench top but we want to put a dryer in there. Bench top is the right height as we have a washer at one end. Would require cutting out some shelves & the base & top support & provably cutting some new wood to support the cabinets

Job includes disassembly the bench top and install it again the wall to form a L shape work bench. - require skirting board, timber edge against the wall - we won’t need to disassemble the cabinet It would be ideal to get some help with the floor patching (only a small section - please refer to the photo). We're after a carpenter or handy person with suitable skills and tools to shave back an external wooden door to fit the frame. BYO tools and expertise, needs 5-10mm off the top and side to create room for resettling. Can be done buisness hours this week, flexible, but soonest time preferred. [Wednesday, Thursday, Friday] There may be other work and opportunities if we are both happy.

The vinyl wrap on 2 kitchen cabinet door / panel have cracked. (Marked w red ticks in photo). I would like to repair by resurfacing with laminate. Re use existing wooden cabinetry, and only change the laminate surface. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 16 November 2022
