Marine ply substrate has been cut to size. We have bought a sheet of aluminium - bronze coloured sheet. we need to sheet cut perfectly so it fits over the marine ply base & stuck down - as per drawings.

A cabinet door has come loose from its hinge and needs replacing. A trip to the local bunnings will be needed to purchase a replacement hinge.

We need TV wall cabinetry to be modified to allow placement of a larger TV. Will need to work in with surrounding cabinetry and plaster bulkhead above etc. The current shelving is MDF/laminate that was painted white some time ago. Will likely require power tools (impact driver/multi-tool etc) and perhaps a small amount of new matching shelving. Potential to be able to reuse some sections of existing central shelving to create the level horizontal section. There was previously a water leak, which has now been completely repaired. However, a dark water stain remains on the indoor concrete floor and does not disappear after drying. I’m looking for someone experienced in concrete restoration/polishing to remove or minimise the stain and match the surrounding concrete as closely as possible.
