Task Description: Need a professional to refresh a set of external wooden stairs leading to the deck. Scope of work: High-pressure clean the stairs and handrails. Light sanding to remove rough patches and old stains. Apply 2 coats of quality decking oil/stain (I can provide the oil or we can discuss). Location: Donvale Note: Must have your own tools (Pressure washer, sander, brushes). Please show previous similar work photos. Looking to get this done ASAP for property listing.
