For many years, the council has placed a public recycling cardboard bin directly next to my fence at rear of the property. A 10 meters section needs straightening. 1. Removes and replace 3 vertical posts. New posts need to be embedded deep enough and the post holes reinforced with quick set concrete. 2. Install new horizontal beams. 3. Install back the paling planks. 4. Tidy up the place on completion . 5. Take away old posts and beams.

I need help to drill holes and to put up fence post

One panel of our fence recently fell and broke due to the strong wind. Would appreciate help fixing this.
