Require existing boundary fence to be removed - ideally on Thursday 9th July so that new cafe blinds can be installed on Friday 10th when the fence is down for easy access. You can be putting in stumps from the Thursday - and palings - just no palings in the cafe blind section (12 metres wide) until the blinds are finished on the Friday 10th. Our property is the rail side. Access is't great - but isn't terrible. In the picture the cafe blinds will not be in the way - they will be removed. On the neighbours side access is pretty good apart from a shed - about 2 metres wide - where this section will need to be built separately. Fence height to match other fence. 1.8 metre palings plus the plinth at the bottom. All treated pone. Ideally posts to be protected in the ground somehow to slow rot. In 4 spots there is a jasmine plant climbing up the fence. Ideally we would like to retain a couple of bits of this so it can regrow. i.e. don't want it trampled on. Old fence stacked in the yard - not removed. I will arrange payment from my neighbour for 50%.
