The job: * modifying the existing cabinet e.g removal of adjacent sheet to have more width and relocating the closing door with reduced size so that it closes properly. cutting the lower portion to have increase height and ensure the bottom surface closed on which dishwasher going to be kept. * Ensuring a neat, professional finish ready for dishwasher installation. * Power point is on top of cabinet. Need to create hole to pass in a cabinet to plug dishwasher cable. * Install a new dishwasher to working state. The kitchen cabinet is fully mouldy and rotten and needs full removal ready for a brand-new cabinet installation. I require the handyman to source, order and supply the new cabinet for me. I’m looking to get a quote for repairing and resealing a timber window at my property in Croydon. The window is not cracked, but there is noticeable draught coming through. I believe the issue may be related to worn seals around the frame and possibly aged putty around the glass.

We had a full Kitchen renovation completed a couple of years ago, however we have a large cupboard between the pantry & fridge that needs shelving to allow full use of the space. We would like the shelving to be 300mm wide. The area to covered is 930mm x 600mm x 400mm. This doesn't take into account the width of the shelves themselves. Looking to get quotes to get the deck re-stained. Please refer to pictures attached. The deck was oiled and 3 coat stain was applied couple of years ago. Approx size - 6M x 4M , couple of steps and one small bench. Apply sanding where necessary, pressure wash and apply 2-3 coats of oil* (Prefer Intergrain Universal Timber Oil Clear) Must have own equipment and experience with decking. Job shall not be rushed, need a gap between 2 coats. * In the quote, advise if it includes the Intergrain oil or not.

There’s an old water stain on my ceiling — it’s been there for about 10 years, around 1.5 metres long. I’ve already tried using bleach, but it didn’t work. Looking for someone to properly remove or cover the stain and match the ceiling paint colour with the surrounding area, so it looks even and clean again.

We have an outdoor decking with cable railing balustrade. We want to replace the cable railing with a timber midrail/vertical slats/bottom rail. The posts are all already in place so its mounting the midrails only. I will be able to get all the materials and get it cut to size unless you want to do this yourself. The whole decking adds up to about 9m. What we need: (Cut the midrail to size) Mount the midrail top and bottom about 8cm gaps up the top, 5cm down the bottom Mount the vertical slats about 10mm gaps for privacy Ive added some suggested materials. Open to ideas and advice.
