We are looking for a qualified and experienced cabinetmaker to design, build and install two custom built-in desks for our new home which is due for completion in late May. Scope of Work: We require two separate setups as marked in red on the attached floor plan: 1. Office Desk: A wall-to-wall built-in desk with overhead cabinetry, plus floor to ceiling cupboard with shelving. 2. Library Desk: A built-in desk with overhead cabinetry Design Specifications (Refer to Renders): • Cabinetry: Dark matte finish (ideally would like to match our kitchen cabinetry which is Formica black velour finish) for overheads and drawer units. • Benchtops: Thick, stone-look laminate with a mitred edge as shown in the renders. • Storage: 2x sets of three-drawer units for the Library desk and 1x set for the Office desk. • Hardware: All drawers and doors must be soft-close. • Note on Lighting: Unlike the renders, we do not require LED strip lighting under the overhead cabinets. Technical Requirements: • Cable Management • Installation: Must be a seamless wall-to-wall fit with shadow lines or filler panels where required.

Hi all, I would like to replace the current pantry space with more shelving and additional support, and possible drawers. The is a new property and settlement is mid April, I am currently organising a lot of things at the moment, and may be slow on response. But hoping to find an affordable chippy to remove what is currently there (I think it’s flimsy) and replace it with something like the attached image. Note that the depth of the shelving is approximately 30cm from the wall. Also the shape is like half a hexagon shape. I would like the shelving to be slightly thicker like the examples. I’m putting a random price on there. Of course negotiable.

Stain a raw treated pine solid trellis on top of our driveway fence. The trellis is approximately 21m long by 0.5m high - this is all that requires staining. It will need at least one coat, possibly two, depending upon colouring after first coat. All tools and stain will be supplied, this is a labour only job.
