Hi I need an outdoor two seater hanging seat frame reinforced at the top (currently wood but concerned about rotting so thinking steel) and then the hanging chair attached to the frame then sanded and painted. I also need wood deck fence railings nailed down as they are wobbly.

This countertop was damaged by some of the items that were placed on top of it. I wanted it sanded and refinished so that it looks as good as new.

The ground under the decking is eroding and the stumps are giving way making the deck warp. I would like this to be fixed
