Leak identified in pipe between the shut off valve and front of house, looking for someone to help fix this please!

Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well. There is also a leaking kitchen sink tap that may need to be replaced. This is at our property that is currently tenanted. No photos sorry. Outdoor Drain Blockage – Need Help to Unblock There is an outdoor drain at the side of my house that appears to be blocked. After rain, water pools on top of the drain cover and does not flow away. Looking for someone with the right tools and experience to unblock the drain and restore proper water flow.

My bathroom sink is blocked and has an unpleasant odour. The blockage is deep, past the p trap.

Two small scopes to be completed by a certified plumber; one is to lower down an existing sewer pvc pipe, another one is to install a 20 mm RPZ device ( back flow protection) on the water supply line and tidy up the pipes; the meter should also be moved some half a meter (approx).
