Toilet wax seal is leaking. Water leaks after toilet flushes

We’ve just had a new washing machine delivered but they couldn’t connect it to the cold water tap as needed because there’s a second outlet on the tap that just leaks when the valve is opened. They said a new tap would needed. Pictures of the current one will be provided.

Shower floor waste has dropped slightly due to lack of support underneath. I need someone to access under the house and install a simple timber support to hold the drain pipe/trap in position. Scope is straightforward: * Access crawl space under house * Locate shower waste pipe and trap * Gently lift pipe/trap back to correct height (so drain sits flush above) * Install timber support (e.g. cross piece between joists + block under trap) * Secure properly (screwed into solid timber, not loose packing) * Install a bracket or pipe strap for additional support/stability Important: * This is NOT a full plumbing job * No pipe cutting or replacement required * No waterproofing or tiling work required * Just stabilising and supporting the existing pipe Access: * Under-house crawl space (tight, may be dusty/muddy) I can provide photos of current setup. Leaky tap looks like o ring might need replacing

Repair leak around pipes going into / out of water tank. Inspect to see if there are any issues with water tank including attached pump.

New owner of an old house - plumber required for maintenance issues. Laundry washing machine cold water tap leaks. 2x shower and 4x taps don't seal properly unless shut very tight, all need new washers. One toilet doesn't flush fully. One shower makes a screaming sound when hot water tap is on. Water pooling under one stump under house, possible leak or drainage issue.
