Find an experienced plumber in Glen Iris

We have an old claw foot cast iron bath that we want to turn into an outside bath. It's near an existing sewer. It's also near out heat pump so hot and cold water nearby. We want two taps, but these can be bunnings copper.

Looking for help from a plumber to fix a sink that has a leak, as well as fix the toilet flush button so it’s in the correct spot.

The water pressure in our house is lower than it should be. I was told by a plumber that the pressure regulating valve most probably needs replacing. No other problems were detected. The price this company wanted to do the job was very high.

Sloped driveway requires awide channel drain at the end for storm water. There is currently a small round circular drain in position as indicated in yellow circle.

I need to replace a broken porcelain toilet seat with a new one. I have sourced the replacement I just need assistance removing the old one and putting the new one on. BYO tools.

Water is leaking from the evap cooler in the off and also on positions. Started as a drip a few months back and has got worse. It’s a Brivis Promina. Loaded on top of second story. - Due date: Flexible

Need our main storm drain cleaned. Regular maintenance must have camera and equipment so as to not break pies and understand what you are doing. Preferably plumber who understands storm systems. We don’t have enough fall to the outlet so it needs to be really clean in order to to have enough downforce from the gutters. It is slightly blocked. Leaking kitchen pipe. Water leaking only when tap is running. - Due date: Before Friday, 15 December 2023

I need a plumber or someone very experienced in watering systems. One of the valves in this old irrigation system is leaking. I need someone to repair or replace the valves as well as fix a pipe joiner which I cracked when digging it up. Note that there is only one valve required these days. There were once multiple valves for a sprinkler system long since destroyed by the previous owners dogs. The timer system still works fine and would need to be reconnected to the valves etc. It is also possible that system could be substantially simplified by just connecting the single pipe to the tap closeby and installing a tap connected timer. However there is no turner on the tap and it would need to be reconnected etc. Probably best you come and take a look at this before working out best approach. - Due date: Before Friday, 1 December 2023
