There is a leak from the NBN penetration of the ceiling slab. The water is coming from the small exterior paved area above. I need a puddle flange or similar glued to the leak point and drained into a 90mm downpipe drain 1.5 m away

Fix/replace 2 x geberit flushes. In one bathroom the small flush doesn’t work at all - just loose when push button. In other bathroom the large flush has recently started to leak water continuously into toilet bowl.

Hi there! I'm looking for a handy plumber to help with two issues in my bathroom sink: The drain is blocked and water isn't flowing properly There's a persistent tap drip that won't stop I'd appreciate someone who can diagnose the root cause and fix both problems efficiently.

We need a Licensed Gas Plumber (license number required) to remove our old damaged Bellini 4 burner gas cooktop and install a new Bellini 4 burner gas cooktop that we have purchased. Compulsory Compliance Certificate must be provided. Our old Bellini 4 burner gas cooktop needs to be replaced as the base has shattered.(see pic). We have purchased a new Bellini 60cm Stainless Steel 4 Burner Gas Cooktop - Model No BGT64XP-W which has the same configuration (see pic).

Bathroom sink won’t drain all other sinks work fine. We have a 1930’s home and prior to us some of the pipe work under the house for 1 of the sinks has been modified. We have had a plumber out before with a camera and told us we have about 3 bends on our pipe instead of it being straight. We have tried the conventional unblocking but need someone to quote to get under the house remove the current pipe and replace with a correct installation so it flows normal like the rest of the house. Fit-off 2 basins on exposed brick wall (Cold water only) Budget:$350 - $400. Need a plumber/handyman to install two washbasins on an exposed red brick wall. NO tiling required. Tasks include: vanity Basin: Connect cold water line only (split/tap from existing line via PEX) and connect the waste pipe straight into the main drain located directly underneath the vanity. (Note: Cabinet will be mounted on the wall by someone else).Wall-hung Basin: Drill/bolt the small basin onto the brick wall, connect cold water only, and connect the bottle trap/waste. No hot water connection needed for either basin. Existing drainage is already in place right below the vanity. Need plumber to install a water line and tap behind fridge. Access under house available. Access to nearby existing water line available.

Toilet making odd gurgling noise when flushing.

Need to connect dishwasher inlet/outlet connections. Also add a water line out from the cupboard to the fridge, can just run it along the skirting. We are up a flight of stairs but items are already in place.

This tap does not turn off, and that’s not a huge issue except that our fridge also has a slow leak. Would like to get this tap replaced so that I can shut it off and not have water going to the old fridge please

Please read carefully- We have had a wonderful Airtasker come out and try unclog the slow draining sink. He had about 5 hand augers and still hasn’t been able to clear it. As such I think we will need a camera and electric eel to resolve this blockage. It is isolated to the bathroom basin all other drains are working fine, house is 1950’s so not sure of the piping. Once water is in the sink it just takes time to slow drain out. I have photos with the pvc pipe taken out and this is all clear and no blockages so it’s deeper into the wall and beyond

Washing Machine Installation & Hose Replacement I need a tradie to supply and fit a new inlet/outlet hose for my washing machine , the existing hose is too short. Once the new hose is in place, I need the washing machine properly connected and installed. Happy to discuss the specifics before the job.
