Floor sanding and polishing Measurements as per attached plans, not including laundry and bathroom. 1x lounge, 1x dining, 1x kitchen, 2x bedrooms and 1xcorridoor. Carpet overlying currently all rooms execept one (previously polished) and vinyl in the kitchen. Timber is hardwood throughout.

After a medium water leak which is all dried now, the carpet needs to be placed back down. The area is 5m x 1m. Some parts of the carpet were cut during the drying stage. I still have the underlay.

Stain removed from carpet (permanent marker was used on the carpet). A few small areas. I’ve already tried Vanish stain remover, acetone, and a scrubbing brush with no luck. I might need a patch of the carpet cut out and repaired in that area. Can anyone help with this?

A timber deck that was originally built poorly needs refurbishing, the top timber and steps need replacing with treated timber and coated. Dimensions are as follows: - Main deck 2300 x 1550 x 20 mm - Top step 970 x 135 x 40 mm - Bottom two steps 970 x 290 x 40 mm The base looks to be in decent condition, only the deck surface and steps need replacing for now, then coated for protection. Weekend’s preferred, this needs doing asap. Quotes to please include all stores and removal of old deck pieces.

I'm after someone to install new flooring at my house. It's around 95 square metres. It's all areas of the house except for the laundry and bathrooms. We have floorboards purchased which are 7mm boards. You will need to remove skirting boards, level the floor and then lay new flooring and put the skirting boards back in.
