A leak from the bathroom shower damaged the skirting boards on the next wall. They were removed. The wall has been impacted slightly but should be fine for new skirting boards to be installed as the damage is limited to the very bottom of the wall. I have the skirting board - it just needs to be cut to size and installed. Roughly 104cm by 130cm in terms of size. Friday morning would work but Saturday early morning also available.

I need two skirting boards added in this corner. I will supply the skirting board it just needs to be cut to size and installed. Size is approximately 130cm x 109cm.

Looking for an experienced timber floor repair specialist to fix burn marks on wooden floorboards caused by hot coal/embers. Damage is mostly superficial and does not appear deep. There are 2 affected areas: * One area has several small sprinkle-like burn marks scattered across the floor (similar to water splash marks) * Another area has a cluster of slightly larger burn spots around 1–2 cm in size Photos attached for reference. Looking for someone who can: * Sand/blend the affected areas * Reduce or remove the black burn marks * Match the timber colour and finish as closely as possible * Avoid replacing boards if repair is possible The floor is otherwise in good condition. The situation: We had flooding a while back (burst pipe while on holiday) and the carpet was ruined. I'm in the process of finding some off-cut carpet on Marketplace to replace the old carpet which we had to dispose of. Some details: - The floor is a concrete slab - The dimensions are roughly 3 x 4m - The carpet needs to be cut so as to fit the dimensions of the closet (all in once piece ideally) - I'd be keen to learn how to do lay the carpet and help out (but I'm a bit of a slouch when it comes to practical tasks), so a warm, teacherly manner would be great!! - I might need to find some underlay as well, and have been told that old wool rugs are an option. I'd love any insider advice on what I should get as underlay. Happy to pay around $40ph and it should only take 4 - 5 hours to finish up.

We have just installed carpet, 3 bedrooms doors need to be shaved by a few mm.

There is a section of carpet I want cut out and replaced. I don’t have the carpet.

The skirting boards in 3 bedrooms are rotting and need replacing. I can buy and paint the boards beforehand but I need some help in cutting the boards to the exact right lengths - including catering for power points - and installing them. I may need to plaster over holes in the wall too. I would want to chat before I buy and paint the new boards.

I need one piece of skirting board replaced. You will need to come measure and then get the skirting board and then install it. Doesn’t need to be painted. Approx 7m. I will pay for the skirting board piece so don’t need to include that in your quote. Just your labour.
