Materials Supplied On Site I have supplied all required materials, including: Quad mouldings Hybrid flooring boards Matching flooring pieces Pine skirting You MUST bring your own tools, including a nail gun. Do not attend without a nail gun. Also bring all required blades, adhesives, fixings, caulking gun, and installation equipment. Scope of Works 1. Quad Completion Install approximately 14 linear metres of quad. Materials are already on site. Mitres, joins, and terminations must be clean and professional. Secure properly with no movement, lifting, or visible gaps. 2. Bathroom Toilet Area Remove and refit flooring around toilet area as required. Make clean, accurate cuts around toilet pan. Install the missing flooring piece behind the toilet. All flooring pieces are already supplied. Install supplied pine skirting around toilet area where required. Finished result must look neat and intentional, not patched. 3. Gap Filling / Caulking / Finishing Fill and caulk any visible gaps. Pay special attention to: Under door jambs Areas where door jambs were overcut Wall edges Quad joins Transition points Match filler/caulk colour as closely as possible. 4. Final Detail Work Complete any remaining small unfinished flooring items. Check entire installation before leaving. For a good tradesman Shouldn't take longer than 2-3 hours.

I have 10mm Hybrid floor already installed by myself. I need approximately 40 linear meters of quads installed. Each quads is 2.4M. I have 24quads. Want all the quads done with 45 degrees angle in corners and wherever necessary. Installed with NAIL GUN not liquid nails.
