Hi, I need a licensed plumber/gasfitter to look at my Rinnai gas hot water system. The pilot light keeps turning off repeatedly, and I have to manually relight it every time. It stays lit while holding the dial down but goes out shortly after. Suspect it likely needs a thermocouple replacement or the pilot orifice cleaned out. Please let me know your availability and if you have experience with Rinnai units. Must be licensed for gas work. Thanks! Rinnai Hot Water Gas System

Need a licensed plumber to inspect and install a fresh cold-water connection for a bidet at my toilet in Kalkallo, VIC. My current idea is to run the line from the existing outside tap into the toilet area, but I want the plumber to confirm the best compliant connection point and route. I do not have any materials, so please supply all parts and fittings needed for the job. Installation must be neat, leak-free, and suitable for connection to the drinking water supply. Please quote labour and materials, and advise whether a compliance certificate can be provided if required.
