Hello there! I’ve got an LG fridge (GF-V708BSL) that has a water leak out the dispenser. When I go to fill up a cup of water, the cup fills up but then it leaks from behind and doesn’t stop (last 20 seconds) once I take my cup away. The ice dispenser also doesn’t work intermittently. Would appreciate if someone who has experience with fridges could have a look at this and see if it could be fixed. Thanks!

Toilet is blocked, its not working properly. The water is going so slow.

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair my hot water system. Cold water pressure is normal, but the hot water flow has dropped significantly (only about 30%), especially on the second floor, and the water is not hot enough. Suspected issue: partially blocked cold-water inlet to the hot water unit. Location: Keysborough.

There’s water spraying from the silver flexible pipe near the bottom, which I believe is connected to the PTR (Pressure-Temperature Relief) valve. It’s more than just a drip — it’s a light spray into the air. The water leak is from the silver pipe on side which u can see in second pic.

Toilet is leaking when the water turned on

Require the following plumbing works: - Replace (supply and install) existing flexi hoses on x2 toilets and check isolation valves. - Replace (supply and install) existing bathroom mixer taps on x2 basins and check isolation valves. - Replace (supply and install) existing kitchen mixer tap on x1 basin and check isolation valves. Note the following additional requirements: - If any of the isolation valves are deemed damaged, they are also to be replaced (supply and installed). - Ideally, any hoses connecting from the water supply to the taps should not have tight turns/kinks, and additional flexi hoses should be used as appropriate. - All parts supplied should be sourced from suppliers specialising in plumbing (e.g. Reece). - Must be able to show Vic Plumbing Licence.

My hot water system (I think thermostat but could be wrong) is not functioning properly. The temperature fluctuates similar to the water being used in two different rooms when it’s only being used in one. Quotes for fixing the issue, please let me know how much the parts cost separately. Please disregard the budget, I’m just looking for honest quotes.
