Fix leaking toilet – ghost flushing I'm looking for a reliable, licensed plumber to fix a leaking toilet as soon as possible. Issue: • The toilet keeps slowly running continuously into the bowl until the tank has to refill, known as ghost flushing. • I believe seals will need to be replaced at a minimum and possibly some internal cistern parts. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a shower in Carlton North. The tenants have reported: Random and very drastic temperature changes during the shower, from burning hot to very cold, even when no other water is running. installing a gas stove top to be installed in the kitchen behind the rose pictured in the image. On the other side of the wall is this gas line that's been disconnected from a gas heater. I want this pipe rerouted to the other side of the wall to feed into the gas stove

The mixture tap in the kitchen is dripping and I think needs a new washer. Also the bathroom mixer is dripping

Looking for a handyman to replace one handle from a three part kitchen tap. The old ‘hot’ tap handle has corroded and fallen off. I have the replacement fitting, just need someone with the right tools to replace it. I am also interested in replacing the spout as well (which I don’t have a replacement fitting for), but if you have options and are able to replace this at the same time I would be open to that.
