* Supply, replace and test 2 basic, most cost-effective replacement cisterns. No premium/designer products required just suitable, functional and presentable cisterns. Disposal of old cisterns favoured but not a requirement. Toilet seats don’t need replacing. *Replace x2 bathroom faucets/taps. Faucets will be supplied. We are preparing the property for sale, so we are specifically looking for the most cost-effective materials and approach that still provide a neat, functional result. Relocate washing machine stops – Remove/cap existing washing machine cold & hot stops at current location (shown lagged in red in your photo) and re-run to terminate inside the sink cabinet Add dishwasher point – New cold water stop terminating inside the sink cabinet, for dishwasher. Sink water supply – Cap/remove any exposed wall-mounted tap assembly for the sink; instead run supply to a concealed stop inside the cabinet, to connect up to a bench/deck-mounted mixer tap through the benchtop.

We are looking for an experienced plumber to complete some modifications to our existing waste water pipework and repair leaks from our wash basin troughs. Scope of work: Remove/modify the existing 50mm waste water pipe running from the waste water pump. Install a new 25mm waste water pipe from the pump and connect it to the new/existing waste water line shown in the attached photos. New pipe run will be approximately 8–9 metres. Use 45-degree bends wherever the pipe needs to change direction, rather than 90-degree bends where possible. At the pump, there are currently two 90-degree 25mm bends. We would like these changed to four 45-degree fittings to provide a smoother flow. The new 25mm pipe can be run through the existing 50mm pipe if suitable and easier to install. New pipework must be properly secured to the walls and ceiling along the entire run. The existing 50mm pipe is to be capped off once the new pipework is connected and operational. Check and repair leaking from the bottom/outlets of the wash basin troughs. Test the new pipework and repaired areas to ensure there are no leaks and the waste water pump is draining correctly. Please refer to the attached photos showing the existing setup, proposed pipe route and areas requiring modification. We would prefer someone experienced with waste water pumps and commercial plumbing installations. Please provide a quote including labour, materials and fittings required to complete the job.

The toilet has a float mechanism that is not fully seating after flushing. The float moves freely when manipulated by hands. It functions properly sometimes but sometimes it probably moves a bit and doesn't fall back properly causing water leaking into toilet bowl. The blue part in the picture has come loose..

I need to replace the shower head and taps, sink tap and spout and bath tap and spout. How much will this be? I will provide the taps, spout and shower head, but if you provide them I'm also interested in buying them. Ill be purchasing budget end, just to make it look a little less worn out. We are just patching bathroom to spruice it up, not a proper renovation. Looking to complete by mid Feb. I will need a licensed plumber to complete.

The water in the upstairs bathroom is not running and when it is the hot water doesn’t work. The kitchen hot water is not working

We have a few things around the house that need to be done. 1.⁠ ⁠Change over kitchen tap 2.⁠ ⁠Install 3x stop taps across 2 bathroom basins. We already have 1 that's in place 3.⁠ ⁠The cold water in one of the bathrooms barely runs even at full blast. This will need to be fixed 4.⁠ ⁠The spout in the bathtub has come off, this needs to be replaced. 5.⁠ ⁠One of the toilets is leaking as of yesterday, hasn't been clogged or anything so not sure why the leak 6.⁠ ⁠Both bathrooms need to have the silicone redone I have the stop taps, kitchen tap & bathtub tap already so no need to purchase those. Silicon 2X basins, 2x rear of vanity bench, bottom of the window frames (water damaged), behind shower taps around bath. Thank you!
