Supply and replace Storage Tempering Valve on Gas hot water unit. Partially drain tank, remove faulty Tempering Valve and replace. Ensuring scald protection on the valve. Test for water temperature pre and post works. Replace washers in both shower taps. If possible, replace thermostat on a Vulcan Gas Heating Unit.

Install new shower head & 2 knobs Install bathroom sink & 1 tap & 2 knobs Install laundry basin & 1 tap & 2 knobs Install Bath tap & 2 knobs Advise me on toilet install. I have ordered everything I need installed & tried to ensure it would all be the right size etc but I may have made some mistakes you can let me know when you look at everything. I had a plumber out recently to do some general maintenance in the bathroom recently including replacing all the washers however the shower head has randomly started dripping again. I’ve disassemble and checked them and all seems fine but shower keeps dripping - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 4 November 2022
