Kitchen * Install a new pull-out mixer tap - requires drilling through one mdf substrate * Reconnect the existing double bowl sink and waste (all plumbing is already there, just needs to be connected after benchtop installation). 2. Laundry * Install a new laundry trough and mixer tap. * Connect the waste, hot and cold water supplies, and ensure everything is tested and leak-free. Photos are attached showing the current setup and the new fittings.

The toilet is slow draining and making a gurgling sound. It is not completely blocked. The same issue happened last week and I temporarily cleared it using hot water, toilet cleaner and a plunger, but the problem has returned. I think the blockage needs to be properly investigated and cleared to prevent it happening again.
