Approximately 30cm in length for one part and another 20cm length. Work required: - Repair/rebuild the damaged render, including the external corner. - Match/blend the existing fine textured render finish closely as possible. - Leave the repaired area smooth and ready for painting. Low height walls to edge of porch and vertical faces of steps require a refinish in render. Ex finish is brick. We have render product here. Smooth finish preferred. Time to complete is flexible. We will cut back low hedge prior for easier access to wall.

We're renovating a commercial shop, requiring approximately 21 sqm of plasterboard to cover damaged walls (resulting from removed built-in cabinets). The plasterboards will need painting. Additionally, around 5 sqm of tile carpet needs cutting and installing on the floor. Precision is not essential. Materials will be supplied - Due date: Before Wednesday, 29 November 2023
