I am at the final stages of a renovation and need a small bulkhead approx 2500 x 100 to be plastered and neatened up including adding cornices and a small ceiling section where an exhaust fan has been deleted. Also need a small patch in laundry behind washing machine done (approx 400 x 300).

Looking for 2 people (should be builders) to install an awning to a balcony. Material of balcony is like a render cladding so may need additional timber to ensure it is attached to studs. I have not purchased yet. Seeking info if possible first.

Clean demolition of the fire damaged bungalow behind the house and the carport to level with the ground. It is connected to power but no water. Remove the highlighted tree (Optional). Looking for Gib stopper to replace a gib ( 2 gibs), plastering and jointing to be done

Have a really small corner of a room (30cms by 30cms approx) that needs to be cut out and new plasterboard put in. Other second is damaged - see photo. Maybe repair or cut out and put new area in.

I need a plasterer to patch a hole in the wall after a heater was removed. I need it to filled and sanded so it is ready to paint. Must do a good quality job so it’s not like obvious once painted. Somewhat flexible with times and days.

We had an evaporative cooler removed. There are 7 vents that have removed and they have been patched already. I just need them taped with taping paper, plastered, and ready for paint.
