I need a plasterer to finish off a rough patch where an old heating outlet used to be at ground level. As you can see in the attached photo, the area has been sheeted over, but it is very rough, uneven, and has flaky edges that need fixing to make it flush and seamless with the surrounding wall. Important Details: • Size: The rough patch area is approximately 60cm x 60cm]. • Timing: I would prefer someone who can bring fast-setting compound (e.g., Base Coat 45) so the scraping, multi-coat plastering, and sanding can ideally be completed in a single visit. Materials: Please include the cost of your own plastering compounds, tape, sealer, tools, and drop sheets in your quote.

I replaced the plaster above the door and the cornice on one side. On the other side, someone needs to install 75 cornice and make it smooth on both sides so I can paint. Refer to pictures.

A hole in the ceiling caused by water damage needs plastering. It roughly measures 1 metre by 1.5 metres

I Damaged outdoor canvas awning , now on the ground l believe the 4 screws now detached need to be predrilled again that attach the swing arms to canvas roller,plus reinstalling unit again,it is an inside operating mechanism

Power points: Move 3 power points over approx. 30-50cm from their original locations (pictured with red arrows) Lighting: Add in 3 pendant lights (middle of living room, middle of master bedroom, and above dining table). There are currently downlights in these areas. These can stay or be swapped / disconnected for the pendant lights (whatever is easiest). Plasterer needed to lay sheets in kitchen. Proposed layout pictured (3 on back wall, 1 horizontally on the window side). Back wall is 2890 x 2400 Kitchen wall is 2838 x 1100 Happy to pay for sheets separately or to buy them. I believe the wall behind the oven will need cement sheet due to gas stove, but can discuss when assigning the job.

I have an outdoor fold-out arm awning. JOB: - 3 sml splits repaired, ( largest is 100mm long) skin/fabric. - need the spindle that turns to open blind repaired as it has dropped ( it's currently wired up in place so that it turns ok) - Preferably fabric cleaned up. - Awning metal cleaned.
