Mainly the flush/cistern is leaking with a broken part and the internal unit highlighted in photo needs to be fixed. The shower heads needs a screw to be tightened in the same bathroom but is secondary and minor compared to the cistern issue.

Unblock the toilet. Prefer camera with the clean. Also there is a leak in the toilet which may require toilet pump to be replaced.

It seems that the pipe in the front garden was broken coz there is a puddle of water in the garden. Need someone come to have a look if it was caused by the broken pipe. If then, fix it. I do not need to do the entirely checking in my house, just in front of garden between the water meter to the water hole. Please give the price for digging, confirming and fixing.
