3–4 m² bathroom. Floor tiles are already taken up. The previous waterproofing membrane failed and has slow seepage. Need old membrane fully removed, substrate prepped, new compliant waterproofing (shower walls to 1.2 m, corner tape), mandatory 48 hr flood test, and laying new floor tiles with epoxy grout. Toilet, vanity and shower screen remain on site and need protection. Check for timber rot; any extra repairs need a separate quote and my approval. Need an itemised quote; rubbish removal is included. Weekday preferred.

There is an outdoor staircase at the entrance of my house. The steps are exposed to the elements, and directly underneath the stairs is my garage storage area. Because the staircase is open to the outdoors, we have discovered a leakage problem. Especially after it rains, water leaks into the garage storage space below. We have already identified multiple leak points and areas with mould growth. I need someone to come and handle the following: 1. Re-lay the outdoor tiles 2. Apply proper waterproofing 3. Repair and treat the sections of the ceiling (plasterboard) below that have been damaged by water and mould
