Need current bathroom tiles removed. Waterproofing of the entire area and then retiling with new tiles. Tiles of main area are only on the floor (no wall tiles, just one tile height up). Also require shower area to be retiled - need to remove shower base, wall tiles and shower door. And then retile shower base and 3x full-height shower wall + install new shower door. Bathroom is 2.5m x 1.8m + shower area is 1m x 1.2m. Vanity is lifted off floor. We will provide tiles.

Waterproofing to tiles, grout, drain and pipe

Hello - I'm looking to repair my balcony waterproofing system, completed 5 years ago. My silicone is starting to fail, and I want to prevent water ingress. Please quote for resealing all perimeter joints, and correcting local low spots to prevent pooling. If appropriate, I would further be seeking a over-tile membrane/coating.

External brick wall about 5 metres long and soil is lying against the lower edge of wall resulting in water ingress when there is heavy rain.

Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.

We’re looking to have someone attend site to confirm that the waterproofing is still intact and in good condition for inside bathroom.
