Hey! I'm looking for some help with my bathroom reno in my first-floor unit in Windsor before I move in. Bathroom is approx 3 x 2m. We will be doing the demolition/removal of old tiling prior to a check-up of the shower plumbing with conversion to a mixer tap, then also to waterproof. Form 43 required please. Would be helpful if you could help with levelling the floor to make sure sloping is within guidelines. Would appreciate advice re open vs closed shower in terms of cost/practicality in this space.
