Lift 5 x 6m length panels (65-75kg) on to pergola beams. Slide across so they’re laying next to each other ready for install. 2 man lift minimum. I can help slide into place once on the beams.

Install insulted roof panels, fascia, gutter, etc. All components & fixings supplied. 5 varying lengths (6.2m - 5.4m). Cut on a diagonal on gutter end. Can assist throughout the day for lifting, etc. Make offer if budget is insufficient. Unsure of price.

Need the roof and floors that were damaged from a flood inspected to determine how safe it is. The ceiling is sinking which is never did over, it keeps getting worse. The cause of the flood was from the main bathroom directly above from a faulty fitted bathtub seal. All the water poured out of the bathtub underneath to the floors. The seal has been replaced but no other leaks I’ll has been done. The flood happened 29/08/2025 so it’s been over 3 months now. Need it fixed asap thanks. The whole floor needs replacing. An insurance claim has been made from the owner.

I have a ‘box gutter’ where the tin roof meets the tile roof. Been cleaned out and now has holes/rust and needs to be fixed.

I need help removing the canopy off my ute tray (Navara D22), installing a tub rack (Ridge Ryder low profile), and installing my rooftop tent (Hannibal). Ideally someone who has experience with all of the above and get the job done without my knowledge and has their own tools. I'm happy to help with heavy lifting. This original roof ventilation ornament was removed a couple of years ago due to leaking. The roof apex was repaired with a ridge capping. I would love to restore, paint and reattach the ornament to the roof. It doesn’t need to have any actual ventilation function, just mounted at the top of the roof as an ornament.
