The property is located approx a 12 min drive from Huonville. I will supply the Knopp R3.5 Earthwool Insulation Batts to the property. It would need to be installed Tues/Wed, 16-17 Dec as there'll be other works going on at the vacant house. The insulation would need placing on top of the existing insulation as a 'top up' (manhole for access inside the house), and care taken with the standard roof- space electrics/pipework and the solid timber flooring in the house.

I noticed black mark at the corner of our living room. Checked the roof and seems like the filler around the drain which gets the rain water to the drain pipe is no good.
